The following DRAFT LIST of topis intends to indentify the English Caribbean Countries Members priority interest  form implementing a Technical Group of discussion in English language:

1. Instruments and Equipment Calibration – what must be calibrated, points and ranges of calibration,
2. Verification of instruments and equipments calibration,
3. Calibration Certificates - assessment, use and interpretation,
4. Analytical determinations X  Type of food / Technology applied,
5. MPN – cases where it is recommended. Reading, calculation and interpretation of MPN results,
6. Enumeration of microorganisms – reading, calculation and interpretation of results,
7. Assessment of the disinfectant efficacy,
8. Assessment of the quality of culture media,
9. Reference materials in microbiology,
10. Spiking samples and matrix for the routine internal control – analyte and interfering microorganisms,
11. Laboratory equipments - use, maintenance and procedures,
12. Requirements of local and international legislation – appropriateness of used methods for achieve a range and exactitude established or needed for different kind of products,
13. Methods Validation,
14. Uncertainty of enumeration results,
15. Culture freeze drying,
16. Intralaboratory Check – program, preparation of check samples, assessment of results,
17. Interlaboratory Check - program, preparation of check samples, assessment of results,
18. Proficiency testing
19. Implementation of Standard ISO/IEC 17025:2005
